  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer:

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@thenutritionworld.in or call [Customer Support Number].
• If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. You may refer to our Return Policy after receiving the product.

Order Cancellation by TheNutritionWorld.in:

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to reasons including, but not limited to:
  • Product out of stock or discontinued
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Payment issues
  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
• In such cases, you will be notified via email, and the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

Eligible Return/Exchange Scenarios:

• Damaged or defective products. Note: thenutritionworld.in is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
• Incorrect product received (different from what was ordered)
• Expired product delivered

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• You must initiate the request within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels and invoices intact.
• Provide photo/video evidence of the damaged, expired, or incorrect item.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
• Our team will verify the request within 48 hours and arrange a reverse pickup if applicable.
• We will process your exchange or refund once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of our products, the following are non-returnable:

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Products bought on clearance or as part of a promotional bundle
• Nutritional supplements, protein powders, vitamins, etc. (due to hygiene and safety concerns, unless damaged or incorrect)

Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated:

• After successfully canceling the order before dispatch,
• After the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection.

Refund Timeline:

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
• The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
• In case of COD orders, we will issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer. You will be required to share valid payment details.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong product).
• If you cancel a prepaid order before it is shipped, the shipping fee (if any) will be refunded along with the order amount.
